The staff are amazing from saying good morning to doing a amazing job around the place. The cleaners work super hard to proved the best job possible. just a wonderfully accommodating place. Just to give just 1 example of the thoughtfulness of the workers they have come to clean our room and saw my dirty clothes pile ready to take to the washers on the ground in bathroom they have gone out and got a basket for me to be able to do my clothes.

Big room and it was really clean with excellent water pressure in the shower! It was surprisingly very quiet, couldn't hear any traffic noise at all. Lots of room for our two dogs to lay around inside, and good bench space for making coffees and sandwiches. Plus the aircon was on when we arrived so we were instantly comfortable!

location was just right, as it was on the main street & on the side of town we wanted to leave from. the staff were helpful in letting us know about safety - a chap/resident who keeps an eye out, roaming guard dogs throughout the night - as we had push bikes on our ute.

Can see the improvements in renovations, carpark lighting. My biggest surprise was the quality of meal which was full of flavour and freshness. Staff that prepared to go out of their way. Will continue to be my preferred place of accommodation in the Isa.
